need template..

I'm going to start making MA IDs..I have my
teslin/pouches/laminator/ALPS printer is on the way. I haven't been
able to find a MA template at all - which I thought would be the least
of my problems. can anyone provide me with one? I'm more than willing
to pay. Also, any documentation on IDs, particularly, the alps holo
method, would be appreciated..

please help.
