problems printing in photoshop

Hi i have just bought a magicard Sprinter off of ebay and have got
cards, template, ink etc but no matter what program i use whenever i
print off an id card it prints the whole image but makes the image
smaller than the card leaving a white boarder around the card, so can
anyone tell me what settings i should have on photoshop or suggest any
software and where i can get it for free?

Its probably the overall setting of the template. Make sure your
templete is 3.37 X 2.12 inches (print size) and the resolution is set
to 300. Also make sure you set your printer settings to the CR-80 size,
landscape. This should help. Photoshop has a print preview feature that
will show you exactly what it will look like after you print it so
check it and make sure it looks right.
