what kind of pouch should i use?

also, how about the black light? is it 100 yellow from perf? can i
just create a stencil and carefully paint it on?

Use 10 mil inkjet teslin. You need it to be inkjet so that you can
printer the UV ink onto it. If you dont have a diecutter you should
get the TXP butterfly pouches. If you do have a diecutter then you
should get full sheet TXP and use the diecutter to to cut it.

What are you going to use the id for? If it's just for alcohol and
clubs, don't bother with the uv ink. If you're trying to make the real
deal, there are uv ink carts for certain printers.

at uconn they black light it at bars. i dont know if they actually
care if it's there or not though.

If you have an out of state license then you're good. Bouncers aren't
exactly the most intelligent members of society, so they won't know
much about uv pictures on licenses for out of state licenses.
