i wouldnt turn it back...what i would do is disconnect it so that it
doesnt register any more miles, that way the dmv doesnt flag it for odm
rollback and you can sell it for a higher value later on.......which is
definitely not cool.

im not endorsing this in anyway, but, a odometer runs off the speedo
usually, and the speedo runs off the trans, so if you locate the
speedometer cable that runs into the transmission you will be able to
pull the cable and gearing mechanism out off the transmission and cap
the hole....you wont have tach, speedo or odometer, but if you know
your car you wont need them, as you will probably be able to tell by
sound.

the speedometer cable usually runs into the back of the bell housing to
the vvs, the vehicle velocity sensor. I dont know the specifics for
that car but if its electric, then you wont have to cap a hole in the
bell housing, if mechanical then yes cap is needed.

search some dodge race/tuner forums for it.

information is power

Just how did this make it's way into alt.2600.fake-id? We need a new
usenet board called everyday hacks. Hacking soda machines and such.
