Extracting a signature from a license

How would I go about extracting the Director of Revenue's signature off
a license? Assisting me in this will allow me to complete my nondriver
Missouri template, which I will share for free.

scan in the id with a high resolution like 1200. Then use photoshop to
crop your window to just around the signiture... then select it with
your wand and just fool around with it till u get it all selected and
then can do a copy and then paste into a new window.

That'll work -- personally, I think the select-> Color Range option in
a little quicker and a bit more accurate.
