true identity 2006

is it possible to still make up a whole new identity today in 2006? i
mean to completely and fully make up one up from scratch and able to
have a SS card. What steps do i need to take to get this done? i've
read a bit on it and it all seems outdated. thanks

A whole new identity would be virtually impossible w/o an inside man at
a vital records office. Of course, then you have the problem of
someone else being involved and knowing who you really are. Morphiss
