MA id-blurring the photo so its not too perfect looking...

On the real MA id the photo is a little blurry. Is there a way to
replicate this in photoshop so that the photo isnt too perfect looking?
Does anybody have any techniques that they use or do you just print it
as is?

you can go to IMAGE > Adjustments and then in there there are a lot of
differnet options u can choose from to change the look of your picture.
Also the obvious FILTER > BLUR > to add a blur to the picture.
