I downloaded sample templates from a site called shadow_something quite
some time ago.
Is this site still up? The site had an old georgia birth certificate for
sale if that helps
jog some memories.

You can always go to http://www.archive.org (the Wayback project) and see
what they've archived. Other than that, chatrooms may be your best bet. But
those active with such things are cautious about dealing with strangers now.
Which is why this newsgroup is so quiet now, and why Google Groups
(ex-Dejanews) has deleted it.
