Hi, i have lost my University card and instead of paying for another
one off my uni. i thought that it would be an interesting challenge to
make my own as a replacement.

DOes anyone know if it is possible with my printer? Epson R800. It has
a cd printing function and i thought that maybe i could print direct to
an PVC Card?

Any ideas anyone, thanks.

I have an idea why dont you print on photo matte paper and laminate it?
There are laminating papers that after they are heated become just like
plastic depending upon how thin the photo paper is. The thinner the
better. I just found out about some very interesting ways to simulate a
pvc like card. Write back!
