Dude, fake ids are illegal. There isn't going to be a place with a big
neon sign that says "FAKE IDS!!!!". You won't find a place/person
unless you're near a large college campus and you'd have to do some
serious asking around. Find a reputable person on the net, even though
that may be a tall order.
