making id's

hey i was wondering if anyone has a tutorial or any information on how
to make an id, i just want to make somthing for myself and dont want to
spend that much money, anything would be much help.

It depends who you want to fool w/ the ID. Is it the FBI or are you
trying to drink at the corner bar?
If it's the corner bar, you can scan anyone's ID and open it in corel
draw. It can be changed using the clone tool. It takes practice but
it works.
