Alabama, Alberta, Arizona, Arkansas, British Columbia, Colorado,
Delaware, Washington DC, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine,
Manitoba, Maryland (for sure), North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma,
Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West
Virginia.

All those states/provinces are listed as having a durable or rigid
plastic card or credit-card style card. Maryland for sure is listed as
a PVC card. Durable may imply thick lamination, rigid probably means
pvc or other solid stock, although not nessecarily. Same with
credit-card style. All information presented was gathered from 2005
Bar Book.

Thanks, and do you know if it's only PVC or laminated as well?

For Maryland is it only PVC or is it laminated on both sides or just
one side?
