Lisence suspended

My Lisence has been suspended and I was wondering if by anychance
someone is a good enough fake id artist to issue me a real california
lisence that ill be able to drive around with and have the dmv when
looking it up belive that im an actual lisenced driver i know all the
work thats involved because i had a friend that knew someone that could
do it because he worked with the dmv so ill pay top dollar I need to
get transportation and get a job again...

If you have a fake ID and you are stopped you will be arrested, because
the license number will not be in the database as a real license
number. So now you will have a driving while licensed suspended charge
and possession of fake ID charge. Nowadays law enforcement freaks out
when they can't positively ID a person. The best thing to do is
probably just drive without your license and if ever stopped just tell
the cop you don't have your license, but you know your license number.
Then give him the name and license number of a good buddy who has a
clear, valid license.....and no warrants! Of course if you are just not
a good driver or tend to get into alot of trouble I would probably just
lay low and try to fix your driving problems so you can get your
license back. You would't want to get a good buddy into lots of charges
etc.....good buddies tend to spill the beans if questioned or
interrogated by the police.

Your buddy will have to match you in appearance too. This works for
siblings sometimes.

Basically, OP, needs to get a real DL under another name, either a
created or borrowed one. It's not simple.
The other alternative is to leave the country. Then you can get a legal
DL in your new home.

hmmmm....I"ve heard of more cases of DMV workers doing "inside jobs"
and getting caught than of people actually successfully getting another
ID and living happily ever after. Plus if you and your friend were to
have a disagreement and he/she gets mad at you your new ID could be
jeopardized. YOu would have better luck trying to get the ID in another
name some place else (like another state if possible).

i agree with the above statement. there is no such thing as a fool
proof fake license.but there are ways to lay low frien d or sibling
name works sometimes but be carefull sometimes your real name can come
up along with your sybling nameand will show your troubles(i speak from
experience) and now when my bro gets pulled over he got cops all over
him thinkin its me. your best bet is to find a friend who looks like
you sorta and either tell him you need to borrow his license ect. as
long as he don't do dirt and you don't do dirt ought to be able to live
happly ever after.id in another state can be difficult if you don't
have proper credential, birth cert ect. know adays dmv systems are
becoming linked across the usa so if you got a suspend in cali you
ain't gettin one in lets say florida. and last but not least ive heard
so many people talk about i got a freind who works at dmv, but i have
yet to find that person ect. best bet lay low don't do dirt or leave
town act like a tourist some where else ect. copstend to leave people
who look like tourist or soccer moms ect.

If you know someone with authority at the DMV, you should have went to
them already. They can even un-suspend your real license.

I've read of several people & knew of a guy personally who was
arrested on the spot at the DMV office while attempting to get a
license in this state because their license in another state was
suspended.

You don't need a fake-id, you need a good hacker who will hack into
the DMV's data base and clear up your record. It will cost you
plenty, why not just pay your fines ?

Blad - In many situations there is no payment that would get a license
reinstated. In many cases the license is suspended for x number of
years, and money, at least official money, won't help.

Get a lawyer. A good one will get your license reinstated, though
you'll have to pay a lot more money.

thats a little harsh probably had warrants or something along those
lines. cali got to many people locked up to arrest you for obtaining a
license when u have one suspended somewhere else. and you can always
request a modification of sentence. get a court date and go to judge
and ask him to modify your sentence or drop suspension. don't laugh at
this cause it works. you just have to aproach the situation
diplomaticaly and use your head offer the judge a solution. just don't
ask him to lift the suspension ask him to meet you half way like a
partial license that will let you drive to work or certain hours of the
day. i live in cali for 15 years and this shit does work. on even worse
situations. shit i got sentenced to five years prison and after 1 year
wrote the judge and asked for reduction using the bullshit classes and
crap they offer in prison. didn't think i would even get a court date
but believe it or not one day they called me for court and took me to
sacramento and the judge committed my prison term to a drug rehab for
ninety days. rehab sucked to but fuck what a trade some shitty classes
and a 90 day rehab for a 5 year prison term. you do the math. but if
all else fails fuck it break the law and fuck the cops. just don't get
caught and if you do always plead not guilty especially for traffic
offenses make them spend that money take it to trail ect. don't fold
under there threats of this and that because they don't have the money
to spend on that shit and most likely what will happen is the shit will
be dropped. oh yeah and before i go FUCK ARNOLD SHWARTZENEGER FUCKING
SELL OUT!!!!!!

All the government cares about is getting their money. You can easily
get a lawyer who, or learn how to do it yourself, can add more fines
(such as driving a car that hasn't passed mandatory inspections, a
loose muffler, obstructed license plate, etc.). Even though you commit
any of these minor crimes, the government will gladly take your fines
in place of your license suspension. I knew someone who was caught
with a shitload of liquor in their car (greatly underaged) -- enough
for a license revocation -- and a good lawyer got her out of the
license suspension.

If you're a minority (even if you're 1/16 black), pulling the race card
would be a good idea.
